What happened
Corsair is offering up to 23% off select Vengeance RGB DDR5-6400 memory kits in 32GB and 64GB configurations, amid what Tom's Hardware calls unprecedented high memory prices. The article is a sponsored deals post with no independent testing or analysis.
Why it matters
If you are building or upgrading a local dev workstation or AI inference box soon, DDR5 prices are currently elevated and this is a modest discount window — but there is no technical insight here to act on beyond price shopping.
Discussion angle
Whether the current RAM price spike meaningfully affects local builders running local LLMs or fine-tuning, or if cloud GPU rental remains the more practical path in Malaysia.
