What happened
Newegg is selling a complete gaming PC with an RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GPU, Intel Core i9-14900KF, 32GB RAM, and a 2TB SSD for $2,549, advertised as $450 off. Tom's Hardware presents it as a full-build deal rather than a benchmarked or independently tested system.
Why it matters
For a builder considering a local GPU workstation, the only concrete facts here are the US price and component list; the article gives no AI/ML benchmarks, Malaysian pricing, shipping, or warranty details, so treat it as a US retail reference point and check local availability before budgeting.
Discussion angle
If you are spec'ing a local AI/dev box, compare this $2,549 US bundle against cloud GPU costs and local Malaysian vendor pricing — but note the article provides no workload benchmarks or local warranty information.
