What happened
Tom's Hardware flags the TP-Link Archer BE3600 Wi-Fi 7 router at $79.98, down 33% and described as its lowest-ever price. The article frames it as an affordable way to get multi-gigabit networking for gaming or 4K streaming. It provides no benchmark data, regional pricing, or Malaysian availability details.
Why it matters
For builders considering a home-router upgrade for remote work or a home lab, the only concrete fact here is the $79.98 US deal price. The text gives no local price, stock, or throughput testing, so it is not enough to justify a purchase decision in Malaysia or to compare against an ISP-provided router.
Discussion angle
Would you trust a cheap Wi-Fi 7 router deal without benchmarks or local availability details, and what specs would you verify before buying for remote work or a home lab?
