Q2 results reflect growing demand for Xamble's integrated marketing capabilities Integrated growth strategy drives stronger financial performance and return to profitability Xamble Group Limited is gaining momentum in its transformation into a fully integrated growth marketing group, with stronger second-quarter financial performance reflecting growing demand for its expanded suite of creator, commerce and performance marketing services. The Malaysia-headquartered, ASX-listed company has expanded beyond its influencer marketing roots into an integrated regional ecosystem spanning content and social media marketing, performance and affiliate marketing, creator technology, live commerce and social commerce. The model enables brands to work with a single partner across much of the marketing journey, from building awareness through creators to generating leads, transactions and sales. The strategy is translating into stronger financial performance, with revenue rising 34% year on year to US$1 million (RM5 million), helping Xamble's underlying business return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026. The result marked Xamble's strongest quarterly revenue since the company introduced its turnaround plan last year. "This was a breakout quarter. Revenue rose 34% and our underlying business EBITDA swung to profit — clear evidence that a simpler business and smarter use of automation are paying off. Our new contracts are now generating revenues and the YouthsToday integration is scaling well," Adrian Tan (pic), interim CEO of Xamble said in a statement. "The May 2026 placement strengthened our financial position. With a much larger platform and a growing pipeline of enterprise work, we are building real momentum towards sustained growth and a clear path to profit," he added. Underlying business EBITDA was US$158,000 (RM632,000) for the three months ended June 30, reversing deficits of US$111,000 in the corresponding quarter last year and US$111,000 in the preceding quarter. RM1 = US$0.25 The year-on-year turnaround amounted to US$269,000, as quarterly revenue increased from US$975,000 to US$1.3 million, while business expenses remained relatively stable. Gross profit rose 35% to US$488,000, with gross profit margin improving to about 38%, from 37% a year earlier and 35% in the March quarter. Revenue growth was underpinned by three commercial contracts worth approximately US$760,000 across the technology, education and automotive sectors, which began contributing during the quarter. The contracts provide Xamble with a growing base of contracted revenue while demonstrating the broader appeal of its integrated marketing capabilities across different industries. Xamble also continued integrating YouthsToday following its acquisition of a 55.6% stake in YToday Sdn Bhd in April. The integration expands Xamble's reach among youth communities and creators while broadening the range of influencers available to brands, from grassroots and emerging creators
